EVERY TIME I PUT MY LINCENCE KEY NUMBER IN IT KEEP TELLING ME I STILL HAVE THE UNLICENCE VERSION HOW DO I GET THE KEY TO WORK?

just enter these data *exactly* as written in Silverjuke at "Settings / Advanced". Moreover, using your e-mail address you can always log in to http://www.silverjuke.net/en/customer-area for updates and fresh keys. Here, you'll also find some screenshots about how to enter the key.
