Don't know why virtually all (or at least most) music players (think DumbAmp) don't allow you to press a button and restart a track from the beginning, but most of them -- including as far as I know, Silver Juke -- don't. You can jump ahead a track and back to the track you played last, but you can't begin the track you're hearing again.
Please, puleeze, gimme a global key I can pound over and over until I get so sick of hearing the same song endlessly loop that I puke all over the keyboard. (Since I write PR gibberish for a living, I tend to do a lot of keyboard pounding and barfing anyway.)
Or, as an alternative or option, how about a standalone global single-track repeat function (the toggle is hard to keep track of when you're not on the SJ screen?)

Isn't this the "repeat one" functionality?
However, the little script attached, provides a function that rewinds to position #0 and enables "repeat one". To remove this state, the script provides a second function that disabled "repeat one" and starts the next song at once.
Is this what you are looking for?
For installation, just copy the file beside Silverjuke.exe, you'll find the new functions in the context menu at "Extras / Restart current song".
To define a global hotkey, just have a look at the new option "Advanced / Further options / Shortcut: Tools: Restart current song".
You can also add this new functionality to your skin, however, this requires a little bit of skinning.
