No. There might be a red version of the V3 beta one of these days, which I would consider an even better deal.

What can I say... Intentions and reality quite often diverge... 
One thing is certain: I will not update this skin anymore except for compatibility issues with new SJ releases or if someone finds a hidden bug.

The v3 beta could do that, but you have to change the lower limits in main.xml yourself (just replace all 1024 with 800 and all 768 with 600). But I have no idea if the scaled down A-Z search bar will actually be usable on a touchscreen...
Then run the skin and use the topright eye-icon on each window to set up some sensible values for images and fonts.

Probably just right click->open. I use 7-zip myself (free & open source), there is is just "right click->7 zip->open archive".
Then edit the file in place in the archive. Or alternatively drag the file out, edit it and drag it back in again.
